By accessing or using OnePost (“the Service”) at useonepost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

OnePost is an AI-powered tool that transforms newsletter content into platform-native social media posts for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, Reddit, Bluesky, 小红书 (Xiaohongshu), and Instagram. The Service is provided by Rootnest.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using OnePost, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Usage Limits

  • Free tier: 5 generations per day, no account required. Usage is tracked via browser storage.
  • Pro tier ($9/month): Unlimited generations. Requires account creation and active subscription.
  • You may not circumvent usage limits through technical means or by creating multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OnePost to:

  • Generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the newsletter content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through AI to generate social posts on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Generated Content

OnePost uses AI to generate social media posts. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranty that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootnest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rootnest is incorporated.
