We stand behind OnePost. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@useonepost.com with:
- Your account email address
- Your order ID (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
- Reason for the refund (optional, helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 30-day window
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- The request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase
- You have already received a refund for a previous subscription period
Free Tier
There is no charge for the Free tier (5 generations per day). No refund process applies.
